To tell the truth, it has been a tedious experience, but at the same time comforting. I transferred internally to my current career and due to problems with the secretary of studies I was never informed of the placement test, so I started in English 1, I did not consider myself to know everything about English, it is difficult for me to communicate, but in general I can listen and read without problems to understand. However, putting the language back into practice has helped me to improve my learning and to understand more. This is because I haven't had an English course since I left school, and that was about 5 years ago. I consider the use of blogs entertaining only if the topic is interesting because writing about something that entertains you forces you to want to express yourself in the best possible way, so you exercise the need to communicate in a good way in a language you don't know well. I would like to improve my pronunciation and my oral communication, since many ...

Hello, today I am going to talk to you about a controversial topic, changes to my study program. Currently I think that the Chilean university education system is very long, I mean that to graduate from a career on average it takes you 5-6 years. I feel that with the tools and accessibility to knowledge allow to cut these times. It could be 3 years to get your degree and then 2 years to do a postgraduate or master's degree. Now talking specifically about my career, design at the university of chile, I think the 5 years of studies are unnecessary. Otherwise it is not cheap to study in Chile. I think that the career has several subjects that could be compressed and simply eliminated. Such as introduction to research, project management, the unnecessary amount of 3 history subjects that could be compressed into 2, the unnecessary division of mathematics with physics. The truth is that the curriculum could be much shorter without reducing efficiency and learning. As for the infrastruc...

My dream job is to have a clothing store. That's right, I would love in the future to be able to open my own clothing store, however, this store would not only be for clothes, but I would like it to be a cultural space where in addition to buying clothes you can have access to a piece of culture. That is my dream job, specifically I would be in charge of creating the clothing designs and generating a collaborative space between artists to make their work known. At the same time another of my dream jobs would be to be a skate video recorder for a recognized brand. I feel that this task requires a lot of vocation and passion, since the work of recording and editing is a long job that requires a lot of observation and precision. In addition, it is difficult to stay in this field because there is a lot of competition, but having your own aesthetics and way of presenting an audiovisual help to create an authentic work and an authentic work no matter what discipline it is, it will have ...

I would like to travel into the future. Because if I travel to the past I would not be able to do anything but hide and look at the things that have happened before. I mean, if I travel to the past, anything that changes will necessarily change the present in which I live and that would be chaotic. I would like to go a thousand years into the future and be able to see where humanity has gone. I would be fascinated to know the technological and humanitarian advances that existed at the time. To see if it was possible to travel in space to other habitable planets, or to know if there is already communication with other living beings. Maybe I travel to earth and humans no longer exist, it is also a possibility. It could be that natural catastrophes have ended up wiping out the human race and allowing the earth to regenerate again. But you never know, maybe a meteorite fell and exploded the Earth.  It would be interesting to travel into the future to witness all these changes and reall...

My favorite vacation was last summer. Specifically in February 2022.  My trip started in Puerto Montt and went as far as Chaitén, I took the Chiloé route in which I traveled from Ancud to Quellón where I took a boat to Chaitén. In total the trip lasted 25 days. I had previously traveled with friends and my partner to other places, but this trip was special because I went alone. The trip basically consisted of getting to know national parks, cities and above all people who were also traveling. The grace of backpacking is not to plan the trip, but to live the day and allow yourself to get to where you have to get without having to plan it before, it is as if there is a certain mysticism, as the cliché says "you are where you have to be". In this sense I could say that it has been my favorite trip so far because it was totally an experience of self-knowledge, of solitude, but also of being with others, be it people or nature. I learned that it is important to be connected with...

I would like to get to know Spain. The truth is that I would like to know that country because I am very interested in its culture, its people and its landscapes. However, one of my main reasons to go there is because I'm fascinated by the skate movement there, they have known spots and streets to skate. It would be a dream to go and skate there, plus the ease of language would be a great advantage. For this reason I would also like to go to live in Barcelona, this specific city is characterized for being a city with a lot of movement and a lot of nightlife which also fascinates me. But at the same time it would be ideal to study a master's degree in design there. This way I could complement life and study, which would give me a double personal enrichment. To get to know and live in Spain is a long term goal since I still have to finish university. But it is a dream that I want to fulfill at all costs.
